6. Easy to Opt-out
Your message must always contain a simple opt-out option in your texts. Make it easy to your customers that they can stop receiving messages from you at any time.
7. Track results
Now that you’ve sent your campaign, you can track your campaign result based on some basic metrics such as delivery rate, open rates, clicks & unsubscribes.
