Read These 7 Points to Normalize Yourself

“Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius—and a lot of courage—to move in the opposite direction.”

- E.F. Schumacher

Let me introduce one of my friends to you.

He is successful that’s what he thinks about himself.

He is a person who lives the most complicated life that you could even imagine.

He tries to be perfect. Almost all the time.

Constantly tries to prove himself. Struggles to ape up the corporate ladder. He puts himself into the shoes into the shoes of his boss whenever she is out for leave, doesn’t matter how little notice she is giving.

He works for hours to cover up her work along with his own. Yes, you picked up right, He does two jobs at the same time.

Was he insane?

He keeps on thinking that he just had to work smarter and put in more and more effort to get over the success. But he never gets abled to do that.

For a while,he was too messy to determine how to get out this web. He started feeling a nervous breakdown, so he went to see his doctor, and she put him on stress leave.

And after then, That’s when he talked to me saying that his  jobs  were costing his normality, and he realizes that life is too precious to get stuck in all these traps.

If you’re also busy to such an extent that even don’t have the time to chop your fingernails or trying to  do so,then you have to make some serious changes to make your life simpler, easier, and more enjoyable. Here’s what you ought to do.

Breathe Deeply

Breathe is a symbol of life. Deeply you breathe. Greater the victory of life over threatening irritants.

Trust me, it’s the best idea. Whenever you feel stressed, overloaded with work try breathing with your belly for two minutes  and feel the air in and out. This will help you to be in that moment and get rid of all your stress.

Breathe is a symbol of life. Deeply you breathe. Greater the victory of life over threatening irritants.

#1. Follow One Stuff At A Time.

You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step

When you start following one stuff at a time rule things will automatically start going on track. You will remain concentrated and focused. You will start feeling better and relaxed.

You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”

-Martin Luther

#2. Start Making list

Lists today are a way of trying to get through the day because we are losing a sense of time.

The mind is a leaky bucket, instead of giving it stress for what to do and when to do learn to save its power for How to do . Start making a list for all your do’s. So start writing all your ideas, your insights before they get leaked off from your mind.

Lists today are a way of trying to get through the day because we are losing a sense of time.

#3. If You Don’t Like Something Anymore, Stop It Now!

If you don’t like where you are in your life. Then move. You’re not a tree.

If you are in a situation that a stuff you was almost living for which some days before, now worths nothing for you, don’t panic and get upset . It’s normal life changes and so do people. If you are not into the things anymore and start searching your fresh passion.

#4. It’s Not Important To Please Everyone

“Who are you to judge the life I live- I know I'm not perfect -and I don't live to be- but before you start pointing fingers... make sure you hands are clean!” ― Bob Marley

There will be always some people present around you who don’t like the way you are. Try this, just ignore them! Start living your life in your own condition.

Be good, Be excellent and be adventures. It’s not necessary to be a “perfecto” all the time, sometimes changes create excellence

#6. Keep On Asking Questions To Yourself
